To the People of America:

The time has come.

For too long, we have labored under the weight of invisible chains, governed not by consent but by coercion. The very institutions that swore to uphold liberty now operate as enforcers of suppression. We face a government that no longer serves its people, but controls them — through deception, legislation without representation, and the slow erosion of sovereign identity.

This is not conjecture. It is history repeating itself.

The Declaration of Independence laid out the standard by which a government must be judged. That same standard now condemns our current leadership.

We see:

• Legislation passed without the people's voice
• Mock trials that protect power rather than prosecute injustice
• Foreign interests lobbying to rewrite our laws
• Corporate entities (such as Meta) actively working against public safety
• A justice system that serves wealth and position, not truth or fairness
• A military apparatus strengthened beyond civilian recourse
• A government that has fused with its own judiciary and refuses to cede power

These are not isolated issues. They are symptoms of systemic rot — proof of a structure that has betrayed its purpose.

We are born sovereign. We owe no debt for the breath in our lungs. No corporation or state has rightful dominion over a free soul.

Equality does not mean sameness. It means dignity and opportunity measured by merit, effort, wisdom, and truth. Pretending otherwise dilutes the excellence of those who rise — and denies the responsibility of those who fall.

Let it be known: we do not recognize false authority. We do not accept taxation without representation, surveillance without cause, or punishment without justice. We do not accept the silencing of truth-speakers. We do not accept the weaponization of media, information, and law.

And we do not accept this government as legitimate.

We declare independence once again.

Until a new, sovereign charter is drafted by and for the people, let these principles stand:

• No taxes on citizens.
• All taxes levied on corporations operating within U.S. borders.
• No citizen may be stopped or searched without evidence of a crime.
• The military must be redefined as protectors, not enforcers.
• All positions of power must rotate — no lifelong rule, no protected elite.

This is not a call to chaos. It is a call to restoration — to the rule of law, by the people, for the people.
